Thessaloniki

Trains to Sofia from Istanbul were washed out because of floods. So we had to go via Thessaloniki in Greece. That cost us a day, of which we didn't have too many at this point. Here's a rebel student who won't take shit from his math teacher!

We picked the wrong day to see Thessaloniki as it was Friday night before August 15th. A holiday weekend in a holiday month. The city was deserted. Here's Zora at a popular restaurant. Really.

On the plus side. The Ukranian waitress was exceedingly friendly.

We don't need other people to have fun (and a nice meal).
